The PAIF operation is the joint effort of forestry companies, among which is Forestal Atlántico Sur, articulated by the Society of Forestry Producers, to prevent, detect and intervene in forest fire issues. More than 120 people, including DNB personnel, collaborate to prevent fires from affecting the forests of the more than 100 companies that contribute to this goal. On April 1, the 2023-2024 season of said operation ended. Fortunately, during this season we did not record any incidents within our operations. This achievement reflects the constant commitment of our company and the sector in general to the prevention and effective management of environmental risks. However, it is crucial not to let your guard down. We will continue to apply and strengthen our surveillance and rapid response measures to prevent any possible emergency.
