In order to foster understanding and integration between the various areas of our company, we recently organized a visit to the chip shipment. This experience provided our colleagues, especially those who had not had the opportunity to witness this essential part of our operation, a direct and detailed view of the loading and logistics process. During the visit, participants not only closely observed the operations involved, but also immersed themselves in the dynamics of the port, actively interacting with the responsible team. The visit not only expanded our colleagues' knowledge of the complexity and importance of operations at the port, but also inspired a deeper sense of cohesion and collaboration.
