Sustainbility / Integrated Managment System / Digital Managment System

The Corrective Action System (SAC) allows companies working with  and FAS in its internal functioning, to have a centralized control and monitoring system to improve management in all stages and activities (operational, safety, environmental, social).

How does it work?

Each member of the team has a tablet with the SAC system installed. Each time a Non-Conformity * is detected, the person must record it in the system through a form with the following information:

-Activity Data

-Company in charge

-Work crew

-Geolocation that allows user to attach a photo file or record for a certain period of time.

-Description of Non-Conformity

Once the form is completed, the system automatically notifies the owner of the contractor company and the foreman by email and text message. They, in turn, must provide a solution to the issue detected (for example, spillage of hydraulic fluid in a harvesting activity) within specific periods of time, depending on the type and severity.

Once the contractor has notified the issue has been solved, a FAS supervisor must go to the location where the SAC was recorded, verify compliance and close the request.

If the deadline is not met by the contractor and the request is not closed, different measures will be taken, according to FAS management procedures.

Which are the benefits?

-Constant control and monitoring.

-Minimization of accidents.

-Improvement in communication between the parties.

-Generation of a real-time database that allows statistical analysis.

*Breach or deviation from general or internal regulations."
